Since an Atomic bomb (A-bomb) was dropped over downtown Hiroshima at August 6, 1945, Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony has been held in the Peace Memorial Park every year, in order to pray for repose of souls of the victims and for our desire to create a world free from nuclear weapons.

CSI (Chugoku-Shikoku Internet council: an academic regional Internet provider) broadcasts the 50th Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony at August 6 on the MBone with video and voice as scheduled below. The Peace Declaration by Mayor of Hiroshima will also appear on the broadcasting.

CSI also presents pictures, video and voice of the ceremony on our World Wide Web server, in a few days after the ceremony.
